Delivery
Antonia Enthoven does her best to meet customers’ deadlines when producing commissions. However production times can be anything from a week to months depending upon what you order and how busy she is. Commissions, if not collected, are delivered by Royal Mail or courier. You will be advised of delivery dates and charges at the time of order.
Guarantee
The ceramic work is individually painted and glazed by hand and the nature of hand painted ceramic product means that there may be minor imperfections characteristic of the process which add to the unique, hand crafted feel of the product.
All persons purchasing products from this site do so at their own risk, no liability shall lie with Antonia Enthoven for injuries sustained using or attempting to use any of the products sold on this web site. Guidelines will been given along with safety warnings and these should be adhered to at all times.
Payment
Antonia Enthoven asks for a 50% deposit on confirmation of a commission. The remainder is payable upon notification of completion of the order, in advance of despatch. Payment to be made by cheque and payable to Antonia Enthoven. Returns Policy Any damaged ceramic goods will be replaced. Please inform us within 2 working days of receiving your order.
